Lemonis/Tantiprasut Lawyers was founded in November 2010 by Stephen Lemonis and Mintie Tantiprasut as a boutique law firm specialising in commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and white-collar crime.
In February 2019, Stephen Lemonis left the firm to become a Judge of the District Court and the firm has continued with Mintie Tantiprasut as its director.
The firm specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and arbitrations.
A founding principle of our firm is that the practice of law is a profession intended to help people deal with an unfamiliar and at times daunting legal process. We place particular emphasis on finding acceptable and economic solutions for our clients, working closely with them to identify their ultimate objectives at the earliest possible opportunity.
